Sydney is the Co-founder and Managing Director of This Ends Now. She is also a trainee solicitor for a maternity rights charity and, outside of her professional roles, she enjoys running, strength training, and is part of a feminist book club.

Holly is TEN’s Director of Fundraising and External Relations at This Ends Now and has been volunteering with TEN since April 2023, though it feels like much longer! Outside of TEN, you can find Holly on her sofa with her dog.

Gemma is TEN’s Director of Operations and has been with TEN since December 2023. In her spare time, she loves geeking out with tabletop games and crafts, and has an adorable cat named Cloud.

Lizzie is TEN’s press officer and PR team leader and has volunteer for TEN since February 2024. A cross stitcher, pompom maker and cat servant, Lizzie allow follows women’s rugby, primarily the PWR.

Scarlett has been a TEN social media content creator  since June 2023 and is currently the Podcast Team Lead. Outside of TEN, she loves to try new foods and go swimming in open water!

Lauren is a Fundraising Officer for TEN and has been part of the team since February 2024. She’s a massive swiftie and loves books, cinema, coffee & cocktails.

Emma is TEN’s Editorial and Copywriting Assistant and has been with the team since 2022. Outside of TEN, Emma loves reading and enjoys trawling her neighbourhood charity shops.

Keely is TEN’s Website Officer and joined the team in July 2024. Keely is TEN’s Website Officer and joined the team in July 2024. Keely is currently training as a Software Engineer. Outside of work, she loves walks with her little Pomeranian, and is a classical soprano.

Georgia is a Senior Content Creator, Social Media Team Lead, and a Programmes Officer at TEN, she has volunteered with us since September 2023. Outside of TEN, she is an Assistant Accountant and Marketing Manager, and has almost finished her first novel, as part of her MA in Crime Fiction Creative Writing at UEA.

Fab is a Volunteer Development officer and TEN's Podcast Lead. They've been with the team since May 2024. In her spare time, they like to travel, spend time with their cat and continue learning and unlearning about patriarchal systems and intersectional feminism.

Megan is our Head of Communications and she has been volunteering for TEN since October 2023. Outside of TEN she enjoys exploring farm shops, home decor stores and practising yoga.

Rahul is a Content Creator at TEN and has been proudly supporting the organisation since joining in April 2025. Outside of TEN, Rahul enjoys hiking in nature, Video editing, and story telling.

Ella joined TEN in April 2025 as a Programmes Officer. Outside TEN, Ella is a sociology scholar, weightlifting addict, and runs a feminist bookshop/cafe/bar running events and interviewing authors and musicians.

Lucy is a Volunteer Programmes Officer for TEN, since April 2025. In her spare time Lucy loves to sing, read, watch films/TV and is learning to DJ!

Ellie Beat is a Programmes Officer with This Ends Now and is also a Changemaker with SafeLives. She has been volunteering with TEN since April 2025. In her spare time she likes to collect Jellycats and going to the theatre.

Cerys is one of TEN's Content Creators and has recently started volunteering with the team. She is in the final stages of her Sociology degree at Sheffield Hallam University, and loves travelling, hunting down new food spots and listening to podcasts.

Nikki is the Co-founder of This Ends Now. Nikki stepped back from actively volunteering with This Ends Now in April 2024 but remains a vital part of our story.
